Sao Paulo is scheduled to hold the opening match of the World Cup 2014 and FIFA had received a report that the construction process is running slow .
A few months ago , FIFA doubt whether all the new stadium is ready before the specified deadline in December. But after sending representatives to conduct inspections in the city of Sao Paulo , Valcke said it had prepared .
" Yes , everything has been entered into the stage of completion , " said Valcke .
Sao Paulo stadium is the first trip Valcke in a period of four days , in order to undergo construction work of 12 cities which became the penyelenggaara . He is also scheduled to visit Curitiba and Manaus , before attending the organization committee of the board meeting in Rio de Janeiro on Thursday .
